Utmaning

HandelsConsulting conducted one qualitative interview with the Gothenburg Fish Auction and qualitative interviews with three fishermen. Insights were gathered from fishermen and auction stakeholders to clarify needs, opportunities, and potential areas where SquidInk’s product could provide value.

The report highlighted the industry’s current working conditions and stakeholders’ perspectives on the application’s potential benefits, resulting in recommendations on how to integrate the tool into the Swedish market.
